CHMC Bronze Certification

CHMC Bronze is designed for individuals entering the home care profession for the first time, or experienced workers who have never held a formal qualification. Over 3 months of blended learning you will master the foundational competencies that every professional home manager needs — from personal hygiene standards and basic childcare principles to professional communication and understanding your legal rights as a domestic worker. All Bronze graduates receive a QR-verifiable CHMC certificate and are automatically enrolled in COHCASEL's Talent Pool, gaining access to vetted placement opportunities.

• Manage routine household tasks to a professional standard

• Understand your legal rights and responsibilities as a domestic worker in Nigeria

• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Basic English literacy
